If you want to apply, you'll need to complete an application form, submit the TOEFL results(550 minimum) and GRE scores(there's no minimum score, but a high verbal score is very important) and if you would like to be considered for a teaching assistantship, you would also need to take the TSE(Test of Spoken English). If you don't need a teaching assistantship(the most likely means of financial support from the University), then you won't need to take the TSE. TOEFL and GRE are still required in that case.
